How the source offer works

• The published offer is AUD $100 in vouchers after the referred friend signs their service agreement with JewishCare.
• It applies to the Support at Home package program for someone with an approved package and must be claimed within three months of referring a friend. Confirm the current offer with the team.
• The original form asks for your and your friend’s name, phone and email, their care situation and any other relevant information. Obtain your friend’s agreement before sharing their details.
